Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors (CMQS) are the financial experts of the construction world. They make sure construction projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Our CMQS programme teaches you how to handle the challenges of construction projects. You'll learn to manage the various C’s including costs, contracts and carbon emissions. You'll work closely with our industry partners in construction and develop effective and innovative project management skills.
