Two different pages, two different jobs

Careermash carries apprenticeships in two distinct places, and it is worth knowing which one answers which question. Every apprenticeship standard is the training side: what the role is, what level it sits at, and the same measured AI exposure score every career card carries. Vacancy listings are the hiring side: real openings advertised by named employers, from a dated snapshot (closing dates are on each official listing), searchable by role and by English region.

Where the listings come from

Vacancies are pulled from the government's national Find an apprenticeship service. Careermash does not run its own hiring pipeline: every listing links straight to its official government page, and applications happen there, never on Careermash.

The listings are a snapshot, not a live feed refreshed second by second. The snapshot date is shown on the vacancies page itself, so it is always clear how current the list is.

Searching

Search by role, employer or town, or filter by English region using the chips above the results. Most listings welcome school leavers directly: you earn a wage from day one while you train.

If a search comes back empty, a shorter, more generic word usually finds more than a precise job title. Try engineer rather than engineering technician, for instance.
