About this course

Artificial intelligence and data science sits at the intersection of two of the most consequential developments in modern computing. AI is concerned with the development of systems that can perform tasks requiring intelligence, including perception, reasoning, learning, language understanding and decision-making. Data science provides the methods for extracting knowledge and insight from large and complex datasets, using statistics, machine learning, visualisation and computing to turn raw information into useful understanding.

At Glasgow Caledonian University, this four-year programme gives you a thorough grounding in the principles and practice of both AI and data science.
