About this course

BSc (Hons) Archaeology Analyse our ancient past with modern technology Book your place for our Open Days on Saturday 12 September and Sunday 13 September 2026. ​ BSc Archaeology allows you to explore the past and its people from a scientific perspective. Study a range of topics, from new scientific techniques in archaeological fieldwork to the analysis of human and animal bones.

You can follow your interests in any time period, from the Palaeolithic to the 21st century. You'll develop archaeological skills through combined hands-on learning and small group teaching.
