About this course

Biomedical Science is the discipline that bridges fundamental biological research and its application in medicine, healthcare and diagnostics. At Teesside University this four-year full-time degree includes a foundation year, giving you additional time to build the scientific knowledge and laboratory skills you need before entering the main programme.
