At Liverpool Hope University, this three-year full-time programme examines the full spectrum of business organisations from small enterprises to global multinationals across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, alongside the scientific content of food and nutritional sciences including the biology, chemistry, and physiology of nutrition. The business management component develops your understanding of organisational dynamics, strategy, marketing, finance, and the management of people.
