About this course

Master game design and computer programming, with options for a placement or year abroad. The BSc (Hons) Computer Games is a three-year degree, extendable to four with an optional year in placement or abroad. You’ll build a strong foundation in the mechanics, concepts and techniques of computer games and in core computer science theory, preparing you to create new virtual worlds, characters and stories.

The BSc (Hons) Computer Games gives you the skills and industry-standard techniques to design and implement your very own computer games, virtual reality training and gamification. You’ll learn from active computer scientists and engineers whose work and teaching are driven by creativity and imagination as well as technical excellence.
