Design at Goldsmiths is not simply a technical or vocational training but a critical and conceptual practice concerned with what design is and what it might become. Goldsmiths has a long tradition of producing designers who challenge conventions, interrogate assumptions and bring intellectual rigour to creative work, and the BA Design programme reflects that approach by combining practical studio work with critical and theoretical inquiry. This three-year full-time programme at Goldsmiths in London, with a typical entry tariff of 152 UCAS points, equally values creative practice and conceptual exploration.
