About this course

Electrical and electronic engineering underpins the modern world in its most fundamental dimensions, from the power systems that deliver electricity to homes and businesses to the embedded electronics in vehicles, medical devices, industrial machinery and consumer products. Electrical engineering addresses the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical power, while electronic engineering deals with the design and application of circuits, sensors, communications systems and the intelligent electronics that sit inside virtually every complex device. As the world transitions to renewable energy, autonomous systems and ubiquitous connectivity, the skills of electrical and electronic engineers are in sustained and growing demand.

At Coventry University this programme is designed specifically for aspiring engineers seeking industry-relevant skills in power systems, embedded design and artificial intelligence.
