About this course

Electrical engineering shapes the systems that power the modern world, from national electricity grids and renewable energy installations to the miniaturised circuits inside everyday consumer devices. The discipline combines the theoretical study of electromagnetism, circuit theory and signal processing with the practical skills to design, build and test real systems.
