About this course

Our Fine Art: Studio, Site and Context course at Swansea College of Art UWTSD offers a broad approach to fine art teaching, where individual artistic practice draws on a variety of materials, media, concepts, and philosophies. Our course places a strong emphasis on studio practice, site specificity and contextualisation of practice. You will work with a variety of mediums including painting, drawing, sculptural practice, video, sound, installation, and fine art performance, helping to develop your own individual practice.

You will learn from internationally acclaimed artists and lecturers, enabling you to understand the changing field of contemporary fine art practice.
