At Stirling, this four-year full-time programme combines French language and cultural study with HRM, developing your proficiency in the language alongside your understanding of how organisations manage their people. You will study French through literary, cultural, and contemporary contexts, building the linguistic competency for professional use, and the year abroad gives you the opportunity to develop your language in a real Francophone environment. The HRM strand covers the core domains of the discipline, including employment law, learning and development, reward management, and the psychology of organisational behaviour.
