Geography is the study of the relationships between human society and the physical world, examining how places are shaped, how they change, and how the processes that govern them connect across scales from local communities to global systems. At Birkbeck College, this four-year full-time programme, which includes a foundation year, is led by researchers active at the frontier of the field.
