At the University of Keele, this three-year full-time degree with an environmental geoscience emphasis provides a strong foundation in geological science alongside specialist training in the environmental applications of the discipline. You will develop hands-on expertise through fieldwork and laboratory work, learning to read landscapes and rock sequences, to analyse soils and sediments, and to apply geochemical and geophysical methods to environmental questions. Industry work placement opportunities are integrated into the programme alongside a sandwich year and a year abroad, giving you substantial professional and international experience.
