Management and Korean is a degree that combines the analytical and practical knowledge of business management with the linguistic and cultural access that Korean provides to one of East Asia's most dynamic economies and one of the world's most distinctive cultural scenes. South Korea is home to major global corporations in electronics, automotive manufacturing, and entertainment, and Korean is spoken not only in Korea itself but across a significant global diaspora. As Korean popular culture, technology, and business have grown in international prominence, the value of Korean language skills in professional contexts has risen correspondingly.

At the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, this four-year full-time programme develops your management knowledge alongside serious Korean language study. You will study the core areas of business and management including strategy, finance, marketing, organisational behaviour, and international business, while your Korean language studies develop from foundational to professional competence, covering language, culture, history, and contemporary society. A foundation year is available for students who need additional preparation in either the management or language strand.
