Media, Journalism and Culture

Media, journalism, and culture is an interdisciplinary degree that takes seriously the many facets of how information and cultural meaning are produced, circulated, and consumed in contemporary societies. Media studies provides the critical and theoretical tools to analyse how media institutions operate and how audiences engage with them. Journalism examines the professional practices and ethics of news production and how they shape public understanding of events.
