Teaching is delivered in world-class facilities including a purpose-built clinical skills unit and anatomical dissection using human cadavers, giving you the hands-on scientific and clinical preparation that medical training requires.

The programme develops your scientific knowledge, clinical skills and professional identity across the five years, with progressively greater clinical responsibility as you advance. After graduating, doctors complete the Foundation Programme before moving into specialty training in any of the medical disciplines: general practice, surgery, medicine, psychiatry, paediatrics, obstetrics, emergency medicine and many more.
