Sound For The Moving Image

Sound for the moving image is a discipline concerned with one of cinema's most powerful and often underappreciated dimensions. The programme creates a learning environment for developing both conceptual and technical skills in sound for the moving image, beginning with the recording and construction of soundscapes and extending to the creation of original documentary, abstract, and narrative sound work. Graduates go on to careers in film and television sound production, post-production, documentary filmmaking, game audio, interactive media, and sound art.
