The Role & Expectations
As a community health buccaneer, ye be the bridge between the health services and the crew of the community. Ye conduct educational campaigns, support health promotion, and help overcome the barriers to accessing medical services. Ye work in schools, community centres, and local health organisations, directly engaging with the crew to understand and address their health needs. This role requires empathy, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the social determinants of health.
Daily Responsibilities
