About this course

Study maritime engineering with hands-on design and building experience. Learn about naval architecture and choose to specialise as you progress. Maritime Engineering (MEng) starting September 2023 for 4 years Previously known as Ship Science, this course has changed its name to Maritime Engineering for applicants starting in September 2024 This is a specialised integrated master's course, which covers a number of advanced naval architecture topics.
