Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Arborist

Mid-Level Arborist
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, managing projects and leading teams in tree care operations, while continuing to develop your expertise.
Senior Arborist
As a Senior Arborist, you will oversee large-scale projects, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in strategic planning for tree management and conservation.
