Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Brazier/Solderer
In this entry-level role, you will assist experienced craftsmen, learning the basics of brazing and soldering techniques while gaining hands-on experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
Mid-Level Brazier/Solderer
At this stage, you will take on more complex tasks, working independently on projects and ensuring quality control. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to project planning.
Senior Brazier/Solderer
