Is this the only route?

University Degree

Junior Broker
As a Junior Broker, you will assist senior brokers in conducting market research and preparing reports. This role is an excellent entry point to gain practical experience in the brokering industry.
Mid-Level Broker
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, managing client accounts and executing trades. You will be expected to develop your own client base and provide tailored advice.
Senior Broker
