This is the standard academic trajectory, but modern careers are highly flexible. You can often skip stages by entering the industry with an advanced qualification (like a Master's or PhD), or pivot sideways from a related discipline.
University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.

In this role, you will take on more responsibility, leading rehearsals and developing your own choreography for various projects. You will also begin to establish your own style and brand within the industry.
Senior Choreographer
As a Senior Choreographer, you will oversee large productions, mentor junior choreographers, and have a significant influence on the creative direction of projects. This role often involves working with high-profile clients and productions.
