University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Claims Handler
In this entry-level role, you will assist senior claims handlers in processing claims and learning the ropes of the industry. You will gain valuable experience in customer interaction and claims assessment.
Mid-Level Claims Handler
As a mid-level claims handler, you will take on more complex claims and have greater responsibility for client interactions. You will be expected to manage your own caseload and provide guidance to junior staff.
Senior Claims Handler
In this senior role, you will oversee a team of claims handlers, ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and accurately. You will also be involved in strategic decision-making and may represent the company in disputes.
