In this entry-level role, you will assist in the implementation of EDI initiatives, support training sessions, and help gather data for audits.
Mid-level Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager
At this stage, you will lead EDI projects, develop training programmes, and work closely with senior management to drive strategic initiatives.
Senior Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Director
In this peak role, you will oversee all EDI strategies, influence organisational culture at the highest level, and represent the organisation in external forums.
