University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Flying Instructor
As a Junior Flying Instructor, you will assist in training students under the supervision of more experienced instructors. This role involves gaining practical experience and developing your teaching skills.
Mid-Level Flying Instructor
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, conducting independent flight lessons and mentoring junior instructors. You will also be involved in curriculum development and student assessments.
Senior Flying Instructor
As a Senior Flying Instructor, you will lead training programmes, oversee other instructors, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations. You may also be involved in strategic planning for flight schools.
