In this entry-level position, you will assist experienced dispensers in conducting assessments and fitting hearing aids. You will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in patient interaction and technical support.
Mid-Level Hearing Aid Dispenser
As a mid-level dispenser, you will independently manage a caseload of clients, conduct assessments, and provide tailored solutions. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to service development.
Senior Hearing Aid Dispenser
In a senior role, you will oversee a team of dispensers, drive service quality, and implement new technologies. You will play a key role in strategic planning and may engage in training and development initiatives.
