University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Riding Instructor
As a Junior Riding Instructor, you will assist in teaching lessons and gaining practical experience. This entry-level position allows you to develop your skills while working under the guidance of more experienced instructors.
Mid-Level Riding Instructor
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, leading lessons independently and managing student assessments. You will also be involved in the training of junior instructors and may specialise in certain disciplines.
Senior Riding Instructor
As a Senior Riding Instructor, you will oversee the riding school operations, mentor junior staff, and develop training programmes. You may also represent the school at competitions and events, showcasing your expertise.
