Mid-level HR Specialist
In this role, you will take on more responsibilities, such as managing employee relations and developing training programmes, while acting as a key point of contact for staff.
Senior HR Manager
At this level, you will lead the HR department, strategising on workforce planning and organisational development, while influencing company culture and policies.
Apprenticeships & Direct Entry
You can often bypass traditional university degrees by earning while you learn. The UK government heavily funds Degree-level and Advanced level Apprenticeships for human resources specialists.
