Mid-Level Job Centre Officer
As a mid-level officer, you will take on more complex cases, develop workshops, and liaise with employers to secure job opportunities for clients. You will also mentor junior staff.
Senior Job Centre Officer
In a senior role, you will oversee the operations of a job centre, manage a team, and develop strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes. You will represent the organisation at community events and stakeholder meetings.
