University Degree

Junior Mediator
As a Junior Mediator, you will assist experienced mediators in facilitating sessions and gaining practical experience in conflict resolution. This role often involves shadowing senior professionals and participating in training programmes.
Mid-Level Mediator
In this role, you will independently manage mediation sessions, develop restorative programmes, and train others. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of mediation principles and practices.
Senior Mediator/Restorative Practice Consultant
As a Senior Mediator, you will lead mediation initiatives, oversee training programmes, and influence policy development in restorative practices. Your expertise will guide the direction of mediation services within organisations.
