Is this the only route?

University Degree

Junior Midwife
As a Junior Midwife, you will support experienced midwives in providing care to mothers and newborns, gaining practical experience in antenatal and postnatal care.
Midwife
In this role, you will independently manage care for expectant mothers, conduct deliveries, and provide comprehensive support throughout the maternity journey.
Senior Midwife
As a Senior Midwife, you will lead a team of midwives, oversee clinical practices, and contribute to policy development within maternity services.
