University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Neonatal Nurse
In this entry-level position, you will assist in the daily care of newborns under the supervision of senior nurses and doctors. You will gain hands-on experience in monitoring patients and supporting families.
Mid-Level Neonatal Nurse
As a mid-level nurse, you will take on more responsibilities, including leading care teams and making critical decisions regarding patient care. You will also mentor junior nurses and contribute to the development of care protocols.
Senior Neonatal Nurse
In this senior role, you will oversee the neonatal unit, manage complex cases, and lead a team of nurses. You will also engage in research and policy development to improve neonatal care standards.
