University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Outdoor Pursuits Instructor
As a junior instructor, you will assist experienced instructors in leading activities, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Mid-Level Outdoor Pursuits Instructor
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, leading sessions independently and mentoring junior instructors while continuing to develop your expertise.
Senior Outdoor Pursuits Instructor
As a senior instructor, you will oversee programmes, manage teams, and contribute to the strategic development of outdoor education initiatives.
