University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Radio Production Manager
In this entry-level role, you will assist senior production managers in the day-to-day operations of radio shows. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, scheduling, and basic audio editing.
Mid-Level Radio Production Manager
At this stage, you will take on more responsibility, managing your own programmes and leading a small team. You will be expected to develop innovative content and ensure high production standards.
Senior Radio Production Manager
In this senior role, you will oversee multiple programmes and lead strategic initiatives for the station. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff and driving the creative vision of the station.
