The Role & Expectations
As a refuse collector, your primary responsibility is to collect waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties. This involves operating refuse collection vehicles, ensuring that waste is sorted correctly, and adhering to health and safety regulations. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be lifting and moving heavy bins and bags throughout your shift.
