Is this the only route?

Prison Officer
As a Prison Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of inmates, ensuring their safety and security while promoting rehabilitation.
Senior Prison Officer
In this role, you will take on more responsibilities, including managing a team and implementing rehabilitation programmes.
Head of Prison Services
At this level, you will oversee multiple units or facilities, focusing on strategic development and policy implementation.
