Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Stagehand
As a Junior Stagehand, you will assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment, gaining hands-on experience in the technical aspects of live performances.
Mid-Level Stage Technician
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, operating equipment and leading small teams during productions, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Senior Stage Manager
As a Senior Stage Manager, you will oversee all technical aspects of productions, coordinating between departments and ensuring the highest standards of performance.
