Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Weaver

Mid-Level Weaver
In this role, you will take on more complex projects, managing your own designs and contributing to the creative process while ensuring quality control.
Senior Weaver
As a Senior Weaver, you will lead projects, mentor junior staff, and drive innovation in textile design, often collaborating with high-profile clients.
