Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Weigher/Sorter
As a Junior Weigher or Sorter, you will assist in the weighing and sorting of products, ensuring they meet quality standards. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience and is an excellent starting point for a career in quality control.
Mid-Level Grader
In a Mid-Level Grader role, you will take on more responsibility, overseeing junior staff and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. You will also be involved in training new employees and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Senior Quality Control Manager
As a Senior Quality Control Manager, you will lead quality assurance teams, develop quality control protocols, and liaise with suppliers and clients. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of industry regulations.
