Aerospace technology focuses on the practical engineering knowledge and applied skills needed to work within the aerospace industry, covering the design, manufacture, operation, and maintenance of aircraft and the systems within them. Where aerospace engineering tends toward analysis and design, aerospace technology programmes emphasise hands-on competence with contemporary tools and industry-standard practices, preparing graduates to contribute effectively in the technical roles that keep aircraft flying safely and efficiently.
