The role

Daily responsibilities
- Check tickets and manage entry points to ensure only authorised attendees gain access.
- Assist guests with directions and information about the event schedule.

- Coordinate with security personnel to enforce safety protocols and manage any disruptions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns from attendees.
